Whole Hog Throw Down!
Whole pig will be seasoned and injected with Smokey's special dry rub and sauce, slow smoked for 8 to 16 hours or more depending on size of pig. Meat will be pulled at our location and put in disposable serving pans, The hog carcass will be kept intact for the table centerpiece. Included with the hog are two sides of your choice, lemonade or sweet tea and dinner rolls.
